Mainty Group are looking for a Bricklayer/Multi Trader to support with our continuing Projects. Our services consist of major planned refurbishment works, domestic and commercial, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs. Due to the high demand and expanse off the company we are looking for several Trades/Multi's in the South Wales and West region.

We are looking for an experienced bricklayer to join the team. The role will involve all aspects of brick and block work on various jobs located throughout South Wales guided by one of our project managers. We carry out everything from one off new build to extensions and barn conversions. Including refurbishments and repair work. Must have experience and be able to carry out the following

Brick and block work Decorative brickwork Patching in and repairs to brick work. Cutting windows and door and out and making good. Working with lime mortars and reclaimed bricks.

Duties & requirements

Experience and proven track record as bricklayer as main trade. Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating etc Current Health and Safety Training is required however we will consider candidates without on the basis that we will arrange for them to complete this on joining. All levels of experience will be considered we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high quality workmanship. Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers. Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents. Be smart in appearance as we are customer facing

Business Qualifications & Experience

Good organisational skills All levels of experience will be considered; we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high quality workmanship. City in Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience is ideal but not mandatory. Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure and to work as part of team Full clean driving licence Ability to work closely with outside /contractors
