The Role

We're seeking an experienced

bricklayer

to assist on a

new build property

for an estimated 3-week period. This role is ideal for a reliable subcontractor who takes pride in their work, communicates well on site, and is adaptable to the changing needs of a live build.

Responsibilities

Carrying out brick and blockwork for external and internal walls Working accurately from drawings and build specifications Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy site Liaising with the site team and other trades to ensure smooth progress Ensuring high standards of finish and structural integrity

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' bricklaying experience on domestic projects Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of a small site team Own tools and transport (essential) Public liability insurance - minimum 1 million (proof required) CSCS card preferred Ability to work from plans and scopes of work Positive, professional attitude with attention to detail Must be CIS registered - we are a CIS contractor and will deduct tax in line with HMRC setup
