We are looking for experienced labour?only CIS bricklayers and small gangs for ongoing high?end facing brickwork in and around Sevenoaks. Work includes detailed facing work on quality residential and small commercial schemes, where finish and consistency are critical.
Key Responsibilities
High?standard facing brickwork to line and level
Working from drawings, setting out and maintaining consistent bond and jointing
Protecting finished work and maintaining clean, tidy work areas
Coordinating with site management and other trades to keep the programme on track
Requirements
Proven experience in high?end facing brickwork (photos and references required)
CIS, labour?only basis
CSCS card preferred
Own tools and transport
Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a professional team
Rates & Terms
Competitive labour?only CIS rates, dependent on experience and quality
Price work or day rate by agreement
Ongoing work for the right bricklayers / gangs

Pay: 180.00-220.00 per day
