Job Title: Bricklayer

We are looking for experienced, talented bricklayers to join our company. Or improvers but must have the right work ethic attitude and be willing to adapt and learn. Local to Sheffield/Chesterfield/Derbyshire

Must be able to produce quality work, be professional and skilled in the trade. The position is full time and salary is depending on experience.

Own tools are essential as are bricklaying qualifications, valid CSCS card, public liability insurance and own transport.

The right candidate must take pride in their work, and keep their working environments clean and the site safe.

You will be responsible for constructing and repairing walls, foundations, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones. Your expertise in masonry techniques and tools will be crucial in ensuring the quality and durability of the finished product.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out patterns or foundations using measuring tools
- Cut or shape bricks to fit around obstacles
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto bricks using trowels
- Align structures vertically and horizontally
- Repair or replace broken bricks
- Clean working areas and tools after completing projects

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brick Mason
- Proficiency in masonry techniques including bricklaying and welding
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in masonry work
- Ability to work on roofs and at heights
- Carpentry skills are a plus
