Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Bricklayer / Multi-Skilled Construction Worker

who can deliver work to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform bricklaying, blockwork, and general building tasks to a high standard Maintain exceptionally tidy and well-organised job sites Respect customers' homes and ensure minimal disruption Look after company tools, equipment, and vans responsibly Interact professionally and politely with customers Complete jobs independently when required, with confidence and strong decision-making Assist with a range of general construction duties depending on skillset Follow health & safety standards at all times

Required Skills & Qualities

Proven experience in bricklaying and general building Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work Ability to keep sites clean, safe, and well-managed Good communication and customer-facing skills Trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision Positive attitude and willingness to step up to challenges Full UK driving licence preferred
