Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment as directed. Participate in site preparation activities, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations within a construction or industrial setting is advantageous. Familiarity with using hand tools and machinery is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors efficiently. A proactive attitude towards work, demonstrating reliability and commitment to completing tasks on time.
