About the Role:

We're currently looking for reliable and skilled

Bricklayers, Groundworkers / Hard Landscapers, and Multi-Trade Operatives

to join our growing team. Work involves large-scale commercial and civil projects, including groundwork, surfacing, drainage, paving, and structural brickwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out high-quality site work in accordance with specifications and safety standards Working effectively as part of a site team on major and regional projects Reading drawings and following supervisor instructions Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive working environment Upholding company standards for professionalism and conduct on all sites

Requirements:

CSCS card (essential) Street Works (NRSWA), CPCS/NPORS, or relevant trade qualifications (preferred) Proven experience in construction or civil engineering environments Ability to travel when required (enhanced rates paid for away work) Full UK driving licence advantageous

Rates:

Day rates typically range from

150 to 300

, depending on experience, role, and site location Enhanced pay available for travel, night work, or blue-chip contracts
