Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and dedicated bricklaying squads to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, timber kit houses which are constructed with an anstone basecourse and blockwork superstructure. There will also be retaining walls and anstone walls.

Duties

Lay bricks, blocks, and stones according to technical specifications and blueprints. Ensure proper alignment, levelness, and plumbness of brickwork Repair or replace damaged brickwork as required Maintain a clean and organised worksite to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Follow health and safety regulations at all times during construction activities Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role within the construction industry Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in bricklaying Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Good organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team. Valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
