Sole Traders or Small Trade Companies ONLY

specialising in trade such as

Bricklayers, Plasterers, Dryliners, Ceiling Fixers, Ground Workers, Pavers, Carpenters, Floor Fitters / Floor Layers, Kitchen Fitters & General Handymen

We are looking for several sole traders or small limited companies based in Greater London and South East to work on a subcontractor basis on various projects carrying out all aspects of repair, reactive maintenance and refurbishment in commercial and industrial properties for blue chip clients.

We are looking for several experienced trades including:

Bricklayers Plasterers, Dryliners and Ceiling Fixers Ground Workers and Pavers Carpenters Floor Fitters and Floor Layers Kitchen Fitters General Handymen Multi skilled individuals or teams able to carry out multi-trades

NO Agencies also individuals looking for full time and part time employment will NOT be considered

The work will initially be on ad-hoc basis but could lead to frequent and regular work. The subcontractors must have their own set up including , Insurance, CSCS, Tools, PPE and Vehicle.

Skills and Experience for the sole trader or limited company workers

Min 5 years previous experience in your trade Public and employers liability insurance CSCS card DBS checks preferred Valid clean driving license Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislation
