This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated Bridal Consultants/Stylists at Coco + Kate bridal store in Bath.

As a Bridal Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with brides from diverse backgrounds so strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your personal service approach are essential in order to effectively understand and meet the needs of each bride.

We are ideally looking for the right person to join our team on a part-time basis covering 16 hours on a Friday + Saturday. There is also the opportunity to pick up occasional overtime or annual leave cover if required.

DUTIES

Assist brides in finding their dream wedding gown and accessories. Provide exceptional customer service in order to create a positive and memorable experience for brides and their guests. Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping process. Help brides select dresses that will flatter their body type and suit their personal style. Offer professional advice on sizing, and customisation options in a sensitive manner. Co-ordinate appointments, bookings and communication using our internal online diary system. Keeping all internal documents up-to-date. Daily communication with brides, designers and suppliers via email, phone calls and in-person. Maintain a clean and organised store to meet the luxury standards.

EXPERIENCE

Strong personal skills with a warm and approachable manner for both verbal and written communication with the ability to adapt your approach to maintain a personal service. Effective time management skills to handle multiple appointments and tasks simultaneously. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Upselling skills to recommend complementary accessories and services to brides. Basic maths skills for processing payments and calculating discounts etc. Experience in luxury retail or knowledge of the fashion/bridal industry would be desired but not a necessity. Strong personal skills with a warm and approachable manner for both verbal and written communication with the ability to adapt your approach to maintain a personal service.
