We are on the hunt for an additional Bridal Stylist to join our ever growing team!

We would love to find someone who is energetic, very passionate and dedicated to making our brides wedding dress journey one to remember.

We are a team of incredibly enthusiastic girls helping support woman in their wedding dress search. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work in a empowering environment and who loves loves loves hosting our guests!

Everything we do is about supporting and cheerleading our brides to ensure they have the best experience whilst making the most important and emotional purchase of their lives.

We need someone who can get stuck in to the nitty gritty of truly delivering end to end exemplary service. The job is also quite physical as you will also be lifting heavy dresses and helping brides in and out of them.

In return, we promise you will have the most amazing time meeting our wonderful brides and their guests, helping chose wedding gowns at International Bridal Fashion Events and work with World Leading Wedding Dress designers. Of course, not all of it is this glamorous and we need someone who can also offer excellent admin skills, customer service and business development too. It is imperative that you also have a very strong attention to detail.

You must have experience within a retail/sales or customer experience environment.

If you have worked within the wedding/bridal industry that is a huge bonus but is not necessary.

What is most critical is you have a genuine desire and drive to make people feel better about themselves. It is also important that you are able to work 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month. Please do not apply for this role if you are unable to meet this requirement.

Responsibilities:

Engage with brides from the moment they enquire or book an appointment right through until they have had their wedding day to understand their needs and preferences. Answering the telephone and dealing with all queries and appointment requests. Dress steaming and preparation. Organisation and cleaning of the boutique. Placing sales orders. Running full bridal appointments. Provide expert advice on bridal gowns, accessories, and styling options including bespoke customisations. Assist clients in selecting dresses that will suit their individual body shape and figure and facilitate fittings, ensuring a personalised experience. Maintain an organise inventory of bridal wear and accessories. Upsell additional products and services to enhance the client experience ensuring the bride is always getting exactly what she would like. A passion for fashion and an understanding of bridal trends is preferential.

The Essentials:

Previous sales experience (not necessarily in bridal). Full, clean UK Driving License and access to own transport during all shifts. Exemplary customer service skills - You must always put the bride first. A passion for fashion and styling. Be personable, approachable, friendly and fun! It is so important for us to provide a relaxed and warm environment. Must be a person who genuinely enjoys going that extra mile to ensure our brides have the best experience when purchasing their wedding dress, collecting their gown and any other customer communication points you have with them. Ability to use an Apple iPad and basic sales software (Training can be given!).

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly base pay dependent on experience and very very good commission on every single sale! Company events. Pension based on eligibility. Opportunity to travel internationally with all expenses paid.

Work Schedule:

You will be required to work 2 Saturdays per month and 1 Sunday. In the future there will be room for further hours too. The start date is flexible for the right candidate.

Pay: From 12.00 per hour with excellent commission scheme on top.
