Looking for a self-starter with experience in the bridal industry to help manage a bridal boutique that provides Bridal Wear, Occasion Wear and Prom.
The business has been established almost 6 years in the thriving market town of Penistone, Sheffield.
The person we are looking for will work closely with the owner and at the moment will be required to work by appointment only on 12pm - 8pm Wednesday, Thursday/Fri every week 10-4:00pm and a full 8 hour shift every other Saturday. (Hours can vary and are driven by appointments received) Availability on Sundays on an ad hoc basis to attend wedding fayres and ad hoc boutique appointments is required.
The candidate should be able to work alone and have excellent customer service skills that ensure each of our brides have an amazing experience in the boutique. They will need to manage suppliers and will take part in buying events with the owner and her extended team. They will also be expected to market the business effectively and manage all social media platforms so skills in this area are a must. They will be expected to make commercial decisions and be able to work with numbers effectively.
The branding and customer experience that the boutique delivers is of upmost important to the success of the business and therefore the successful candidate will need to be able to display their passion for the bridal industry as a whole.
