Bridal Retail Sales Department Manager (Full Time, Tues-Sat)

The Role:
As Bridal Retail Sales Department Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of the bridal department, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional customer care. You'll lead, coach, and inspire a team of stylists, help drive sales, and play a hands-on role in consultations, appointments and successful direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing, motivating and supporting the bridal team to achieve targets.
Leading appointments, styling brides, and overseeing the customer journey.
Monitoring stock levels, managing orders, and liaising with designers.
Handling team rotas, training, and performance reviews.
Sales reports, participation at meetings and daily task delegation.
Diary appointment allocation and complaint resolution (rare).
Upholding Abigail's Collection's award-winning customer service standards.
(Some) Social Media, Marketing Responsibilities and website updates.
Who We're Looking For:
Retail management experience (bridal, beauty or fashion preferred).
A genuine passion for weddings and styling brides. An empathetic and patient personality.
A 'people person' with proven leadership skills. The ability to motivate.
Strong sales ability with a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to participate in and oversee social media.
