Job Overview

As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for brides-to-be as they embark on their journey to find the perfect wedding attire. Your expertise in upselling and your ability to communicate effectively will ensure that each bride feels valued and understood. You will be responsible for guiding customers through our extensive range of bridal gowns and accessories, providing personalised service that reflects their unique style and vision.

Duties

Assist brides in selecting wedding dresses and accessories that suit their individual tastes and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering tailored recommendations. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised inventory of bridal gowns and ensure the showroom is visually appealing at all times. Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely consultations while respecting clients' time. Communicate effectively with clients both in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales transactions, employing basic maths skills for calculations when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment. Stay updated on current bridal trends and styles to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the bridal or fashion industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Time management skills to ensure efficient handling of appointments and client consultations. A passion for fashion, particularly bridal wear, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly, making them feel comfortable during their shopping experience.

Pay: 12.30 per hour
