will play a pivotal role in driving this vision, ensuring that every development from early design to posthandover delivers longlasting social value, celebrates local identity, and puts tenant voice at its heart.

Youll bring partners, tenants and colleagues together

working stronger together

to strengthen the link between design decisions and longterm outcomes, activate sites early and maximise opportunities for local employment, training and engagement.


As the champion of our Bridging the Gap framework, youll

lead by example

: setting high standards, driving continuous learning and ensuring our developments contribute to Waless net zero ambitions while creating distinctive, connected and resilient places for generations to come.

Salary:

Up to 34,875 per annum

Contract:

Full time, 37 hours per week, fixed term for up to 2 years*

Location:

Morfa Gele although the postholder will be required to locations within the operational area of the group


A basic DBS check will be required (Employer funded)
