Pay Rate: Up to \xc2\xa325.46PH
We are recruiting for a motivated social worker to join our busy team. You will be partaking in a range of activities such as promoting independence for vulnerable service users, assessing the needs of service users and their carers and reviewing and providing continued assessment and intervention as necessary.
