About the Role
We're looking for a
BT experienced professional
to join our outbound desk based sales team in Belfast.
You'll manage a live pipeline and work across :
Renewals
- Upgrading existing BT customers
Upselling
- Unlocking better value packages
New Business
- Bringing new clients onboard
The role is primarily phone and email based, with occasional site visits for high value clients.
You'll be backed by cutting edge CRM, automation, and AI tools to strip away admin and let you focus on what you do best: help customers, close deals and earn comms!
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own sales pipeline and consistently hit monthly targets
Engage clients via phone, email, and CRM
Renew, upsell, and acquire new BT business customers
Sell BT Cloud Voice, BT Cloud Voice Express, BTnet, and Full Fibre
Build relationships with business owners and C-suite decision makers
Deliver a first class customer experience from first contact to completion
Collaborate with colleagues to maximise sales, client retention & smooth installation process
What We're Looking For
Minimum
3 years' experience
in business telecoms (sales, order or project management)
Essential:
Previous experience BT business products
Proven account management, communication and negotiation skills
Organised, proactive, and commercially sharp
Confident engaging decision makers and business owners
What You'll Get
Base salary: 31,500 - 38,400 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission: Realistic OTE 57,000 - 78,000+
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
