About the Role
We're looking for a
high performing B2B sales specialist
with
prior BT experience
to join our outbound desk based sales team in Belfast.
This role is primarily phone and email based (with occasional site visits) and focuses on:
Renewals
- Managing upgrades for existing BT customers
Upselling
- Helping clients access better value BT packages
New Business
- Acquiring new customers as we grow our client base
You'll work with qualified leads and be supported by advanced CRM and automation tools to reduce admin - freeing you up to focus on closing deals and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own B2B sales pipeline and consistently hit monthly targets
Engage clients via phone, email, and CRM
Renew, upsell, and acquire new BT business customers
Sell BT Full Fibre, BTnet, Cloud Voice Express, Cloud Voice, and related services
Build strong relationships with business owners and C-suite decision makers
Provide a high quality experience throughout the sales journey
Collaborate with your team to maximise results and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Minimum
3 years' experience
in B2B sales (desk based, telesales, or field)
Essential:
Previous experience selling BT business products
A strong sales track record - consistently hits and exceeds targets
Excellent phone manner, confident communication, and negotiation skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a large pipeline
Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
What You'll Get
Base salary: 31,500 - 38,400 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission: Realistic OTE 57,000 - 78,000+
