The Role: We are currently seeking experienced telesales professionals with a solid track record within outbound business to business telesales. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone. Having an in depth understanding of the importance of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required
Making outbound business to business calls
Booking meetings and demonstrations for the account manager/ sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process
Sales planning activities/preparing sales pitches
Maintaining and updating customer database o Associated admin duties

Essential Skills:
Highly pro-active
Minimum 12 month selling ideally in the communications sector although full training will be given

TECHNICAL SKILLS: To be computer Literate.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 month Telesales Experience in either B2C or B2B
QUALIFICATIONS: 5 GCSE's C and above inc Maths and English.
