BTL Mortgage Advisor
Salary: 30k basic (Higher basic available DOE) + 15% commission
Location: Newark
Our client is looking for a driven Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. In this role, you'll advise landlords, property investors, and intermediaries on a wide range of complex lending scenarios. You'll play a key role in delivering tailored, expert advice in a fast-paced environment. You will benefit from high-quality leads, full admin support and flexible working options with no weekend working.
BTL Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software. Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process. Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer. Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience needed to become a BTL Mortgage Advisor;
You MUST have experience as a Mortgage Advisor working in a Whole of Market background. You MUST have experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor. CeMAP qualified and CAS achieved.
