We are seeking a Senior Residential Asset Manager to lead on a portfolio of Built to Rent Assets on a fix term contract, This role is pivotal in shaping our organisation's success through the application of leasing, customer experience and property management strategies as well as a commitment to creating best in class residential environments.



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic leasing initiatives that align with and surpass market benchmarks.

Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams ensuring the delivery of exemplary leasing and property management services, achieving KPI's and contractual obligations.

Prepare and optimise operating budgets, constantly review and translate data into strategic decisions that enhance profitability and facilitate growth for our clients

Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-profile corporate clients, serving as a trusted consultant on residential matters.

Hold monthly client meetings reporting on the operational and financial performance of assets.

Monitor and anticipate real estate market trends to position the portfolio advantageously.

Implement innovative technologies and methodologies to optimise property management and marketing practices.

Diligently deal with escalated matters and complaints

Coordinate across various teams including facilities management, finance and on site to ensure a joined-up service to the asset and client



Qualifications/experience:



Five years' experience in residential asset/property management, with a focus on Institutional portfolio oversight strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to employ strategic thinking in overcoming challenges and capitalising on opportunities.

Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships across all levels, from residents to executive management.

Forward-thinking approach, with a keen interest in innovative property management solutions.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
