At KFH we are looking for a senior relationship manager to join our growing build to rent team covering our East London / North and North West London sites. Do you have experience working as a relationship manager or property manager? Are you looking to take the next step using your knowledge and experience to provide guidance, or looking for a new challenge in the build to rent sector? If so, this senior relationship manager position covering our East London / North and North West London sites can offer you fantastic opportunities, and a strong financial package to reward your performance. You will preferably be ARLA qualified but if you aren't we can support you in gaining this qualification.

You will report to the Leasing Manager.

Responsibilities of a senior relationship manager include:

Overseeing the Property Management operation onsite Providing guidance to Relationship Managers Report KPI data to our Head of Portfolio Asset Management Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and liaise with all other departments on the tenant's behalf including block management and client accounts Inventory preparation, inventory check-in and check-out Pre and in tenancy maintenance management and procurement of works, including block reactive maintenance End of tenancy inspections, including deposit negotiations Ensure all legal compliance requirements are met During lease-up phase, duties will expand to assist the lettings and block function as required
