Job Description

As a CUPP Boba-rista you will be the ultimate brand ambassador and boba enthusiast. Duties will include

providing the most outstanding customer service to our customers, team leading, upholding company

standards and values and helping build the best team within the ultimate positive working environment.

Boba-ristas will:

? Provide fantastic service and have comprehensive product knowledge

? Serve consistently fabulous boba!

? Feel confident in a fast paced working environment

? Keep a clean and organised working area throughout the day (tidy space, tidy mind!)

? Ensure the store runs smoothly throughout the day

? Become a key holder (opening and closing store)

? Follow safe food handling practices

? Cooking and serving hot food (Merrychef based)

? Inform the manager of any problems with customers and employees

? Deal professionally with customer complaints (H.E.A.R.T.)

? Supporting junior staff and new boba-ristas on shift

? Ensure all products are delivered to a high standard

? Ensure the store is clean and tidy at all times

? Undertake deep cleaning and maintenance tasks

? Ensure all required stock is in the store and food safety compliant (F.I.F.O.)

? Complying with all CUPP procedures, policies and safety practices

? Ensure all work is carried out according to due diligence and compliance standards

You will be provided with top notch training and support to ensure you are able to carry out the duties

outlined above.

Further responsibilities and duties may be given to you based on the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
