Job Overview

As a Barista at Mooboo Bubble tea Winchester , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Your passion for coffee and commitment to quality will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the cafe, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of bubble tea beverages, including milk tea, fruit tea , frappe etc Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are made to the highest standards. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including workstations and equipment, in accordance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Essential Requirements

Must have at least 1 year experience in the fast paced restaurant/cafe environments.

Candidates with maximum availability/flexibility preferred.
