Title: HVAC Build Electrician

Reports to: Build Supervisor

Base Location: Droitwich Spa WR9 0RA - Fulltime onsite

In this role, you will take on a pivotal position working on site amongst peers, supervisors and customers. As a key member of the team you will be driving quality excellence, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service and drive revenue.



As an experienced HVAC Build Electrician, you will be supporting the build is completed according to requirements, design and deadlines. Including ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems, diagnosing electrical faults, and working with control and wiring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings and P&I (P&ID) diagrams to construct industrial HVAC systems including but not limited to: Performing electrical maintenance and repairs on various HVAC components like boilers, chillers, and air conditioning units. Installing, testing, and repairing electrical wiring, control systems, and components within HVAC systems. Identifying and resolving electrical issues in HVAC systems using specialized testing devices and technical knowledge. Overseeing the commissioning and testing of new and existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Maintaining systems to comply with safety regulations, including fire and intruder systems. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area. Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients. Promote Teamwork: Foster teamwork and maintain collaboration with other company departments. Reporting to the Supervisor with any issues or roadblocks

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent in electrician qualification 18th Edition, CES Card and or Gold Card Knowledge of HVAC systems Previous proven experience in a similar position Assemble and test self-contained mechanical rooms to specification while following all safety and company guidelines. Must be able to read and interpret design schematics, assembly, and mechanical drawings. Must have strong electrician skills and experience with basic hand tools and light power tools. Must be able to stand for long periods. Able to do basic computer tasks.
