Build Planner

Staffordshire

Pay Rate - Competitive

Contract - Outside IR35

E-ppl are currently recruiting for a Build Planner to support our customer based in Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of build planning operations, capacity planning, and resource coordination across various programmes.

As a Build Planner, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for managing multiple priorities. Your role will involve close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage schedules for EDU builds across various programmes Maintain the build readiness tracker to monitor kit status Investigate part shortages and escalate risks when necessary Collaborate with Build Operations, Programme, Supply Chain, Stores, and PPL teams Represent the department in cross-functional meetings, providing updates and insights Track rework activities and manage kit matrices via Wrike Assist with KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Strong IT and data analysis skills - can you turn raw data into actionable plans? Understanding of GPIRS, SAP, or similar systems Excellent communication and organisational abilities Experience in planning or parts coordination environments Confidence in stakeholder management

Qualifications:

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Familiarity with planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Oracle P6, or Wrike) Knowledge of BI tools and dashboard creation
