Job Description

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Build Supervisor located in Aberdeenshire. The Build Supervisor will oversee the teams working on site, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinate with subcontractors and team members, and ensure work is being carried out to the correct standards. Daily tasks include supervising work sites, conducting inspections and audits, resolving issues, completing pre and post work walks ensuring all work meets industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise flex and civils works on site.

- Conduct site audits covering quality, site set up and safety.

- Conduct job pre and post walks ensuring all issues are caught and dealt with.

- Be a continuous presence on sites ensuring any issues the teams may have are covered.

- Coordinate with all teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven supervisory skills in the telecoms or utilities sector, ideally on Openreach contracts.

- Excellent understanding of Openreach build standards and NRSWA (Scotland) regulations.

- Strong communication skills with experience supervising multiple field teams.

- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Scotland.

Qualifications:

- NRSWA Supervisory Certs

- Safety Certs

- Telecoms or civils craft certs

- Driving licence

- Excellent understanding of Openreach build standards and NRSWA (Scotland) regulations.

- Strong communication skills with experience supervising multiple field teams.

- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Scotland.

Pay: 29,375.41-42,000.00 per year
