Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including new build housing, construction fit outs, warehouse deep cleaning, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning duties.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites. A proactive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new skills.
