EAST COAST SCOTLAND (2 ROLES)

Basic Salary + Generous Bonuses | 100,000 + OTE

Hybrid Extensions is expanding across Scotland and we're recruiting 2 Estimators to cover the East Coast.

We specialise in modern hybrid, factory-built home extensions, delivering a faster, smarter alternative to traditional building.

We're proud to partner with Dobbies Garden Centres and to have a presence at the Ideal Home Show, positioning Hybrid Extensions as a trusted, premium brand in the home improvement space.

THE ROLE

? Visit homeowners in their own homes

? Introduce Hybrid Extensions and our hybrid build model

? Explain our subsidised architectural & CAD drawing process

? Arrange architect visits for bespoke technical plans

? Produce estimates using our bespoke, systems-led quoting software

? Guide clients through the early design and decision stages

? Follow up professionally as projects progress

This is a consultative, estimator-led role, not high-pressure sales.
