Maintaining our Homes: Builder at Kingdom Group

Our Asset Operations Team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group.

To support this vital work, we're recruiting for a

Builder.

The Role

As a

Builder,

you'll:

Provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Association. Carry out routine and emergency repairs, change of tenancy repairs in void properties however, other categories of repairs and minor works will also be required in the association's properties and offices.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has general building experience and the ability to carry out multi-trade works- slabbing, fencing, plastering, roughcasting and cement work. Roofing installs and repairs and Wet trades. Great communicator with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team. Basic IT skills, excellent customer care. Current Full UK Driving Licence.
