Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in construction techniques and be proficient in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working on diverse building projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. The Builder will collaborate with other tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of projects on time.

Duties

Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for various construction tasks. Fabricate structures and components according to specifications and blueprints. Perform electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Execute plumbing tasks, including installation and repairs of fixtures and piping systems. Carry out carpentry work, including framing, roofing, and finishing touches. Engage in masonry work, constructing walls, pathways, and other structures as required. Weld metal components as needed for specific projects. Conduct painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed structures. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Experience

Proven experience in the construction industry is essential. Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools is required. Experience in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, welding, and painting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
