Job Summary

We are looking for a

reliable, skilled Builder

with experience in groundworks, structural works, brickwork, blockwork, demolition, roofing, and site maintenance. The ideal candidate is physically fit, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions from the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Follow instructions from the Site Manager and work as part of a team to meet deadlines. Use

hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely

. Maintain a

clean, organised, and safe site

at all times. Perform

groundworks

, including excavation, steel fixing, concrete pouring, and underpinning. Assist with

structural works

, including steel frame installation. Carry out

brickwork, blockwork, and dry packing

tasks to a high standard. Assist with

roofing works

, including roof joists installation. Complete

demolition

safely and efficiently. Assist with

moving materials

on site and ensure proper storage.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Builder, Construction Labourer, or Site Worker

. Experience in

groundworks, structural works, brickwork, blockwork, demolition, and roofing

. Physically fit and able to handle

manual labour and moving materials

. Ability to work

safely and maintain an organised workspace

.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

. Valid UK driving licence (preferred). CSCS card or relevant construction training (advantageous).
