Job Summary

We are seeking a multi skilled builder to join our team in construction. Ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience within building. There will also be an option to progress within the company should the right candidate come on board.

Responsibilities/ Skills

A good understanding of construction, ideally with a qualification in building. Ideally can carry out first fix joinery. Is able to read construction drawings to ensure the build is in line with the drawings specified. Motivated and professional with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials and a keen eye on the detail. Some work will be within our clients homes so clean and tidy work and a respect for property is essential. Driving license is required Owns their own van and tools. Be able to use your own initiative when working. Used to liaising with other trades, customers and suppliers.

Experience

It is essential that you must have experience within carrying out structural alterations to residential properties. Below is a list of previous types of projects we have worked on so any experience with this type of work is highly desired:

Full house refurbishments Garage conversions Layout alterations Loft conversions Dormer conversions

General

The areas we normally cover are Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, Manchester. This role will be on a full time subcontractor basis.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 180.00-220.00 per day
