Summary

We are seeking a Builder to join our team at MD Recruitment in the UK. This role is vital in supporting our operational infrastructure and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities. Based in Northwich, Cheshire, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of service and excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist with the construction and maintenance of security-related infrastructure. Collaborate with security teams to ensure physical facilities meet safety standards. Support renovation or repair projects as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely during tasks. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed. Contribute to a secure environment by ensuring structural integrity. Work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction or building maintenance. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction work. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus. Prior experience supporting security or facility operations is desirable.
