Job Description
We are looking for a site manager to oversee the extensive renovation of a large residential property in the North East.
Responsibilities
Organize and plan daily site activities in alignment with the project schedule. Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment are available when needed. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Lead and manage on-site staff and subcontractors. Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations. Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices. Monitor workmanship to ensure it meets design specifications and standards. Provide regular progress updates to senior management. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts effectively.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). Examples of previous projects completed is desirable. Previous experience as a site manager or similar role is preferable. Well organised and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Excellent attention to detail. Must have a full UK driving license.
