Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for a range of construction tasks that require a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in various building trades and be capable of working independently or as part of a team. This role involves constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Duties

Construct, install, and repair structures made from wood, metal, and other materials. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, flooring, and cabinetry. Carry out roofing duties to ensure proper installation and maintenance. Execute construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces. Conduct plumbing work including installation and repair of pipes and fixtures. Engage in masonry tasks such as bricklaying Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Fabricate components as needed for various construction projects.

Skills

Experience in roofing methods and materials. Knowledgeable in construction painting processes and techniques. Familiarity with plumbing systems and repair methods. Skilled in masonry work with an eye for detail. practices with relevant certifications preferred. Basic electrical experience is advantageous for troubleshooting and installations. Ability to use hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills, etc., efficiently. Proficient in operating power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
