Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Perform construction estimating to determine project costs and timelines. Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various building projects. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction efforts. Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed. Conduct fabrication tasks, including cabinet installation and door hanging. Participate in roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects. Carry out water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts. Assist with plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and maintenance person services as required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
