We are seeking alabourer / builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a passion for creating high-quality structures. As a Builder, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of building projects, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Construct, renovate, and repair residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and blueprints. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project requirements are met. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Measure, cut, and shape materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. Install fixtures such as doors, windows, and cabinets. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations. Assist in the management of materials and supplies to ensure timely project completion. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

Requirements

Proven experience as a labourer/ Builder or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction. Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools relevant to building tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
