Builders Merchant Counter Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our team at our 40-acre Main Sales Yard at Golden Hill Lane, Leyland.

Duties include:

Serving and advising customers in a pleasant and effective manner Provide excellent customer service Building relationships with existing and new customers Merchandising Working to deadlines Maintaining general cleanliness of work area

Required Skills / Experience:

Must have a positive, can do attitude Smart and tidy appearance Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Able to lift reasonably heavy loads Articulate and numerate Able to operate tills and card machines

Preferred Skills:

Computer literate Trade counter sales Building trade or builders' merchant experience Full driving licence

Working hours per week-

Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 17:00

Friday 07:30 - 16:00

Saturday 08:00 - 12:00

Pay: From 32,051.00 per year
