J.S. Held is seeking a Project Manager with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and superior work product to clientele. You will be responsible for the scheduling, inspection, support, and delivery of multiple projects across various disciplines within the insurance and construction industries. JS Held is focused on learning and development and is continually looking to attract and retain top talent who are creative, self-motivated, and organized.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate construction delay claims and insurance-related events. Review construction contracts for terms relevant to claims and disputes. Prepare narrative reports and updated schedule assessments. Collaborate with legal and project teams to support litigation. Organize and research information regarding the claim.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering

Construction Management

Project Planning

, or a related field. Proficiency in

Microsoft Word,

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Powerpoint

. Strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent

written communication

and analytical skills.
