We need skilled General Builders, Steel installers, Structural Carpenters, Multi Trades Skilled Labour to join our friendly team on high spec residential projects in N6 HIGHGATE, SW12 BALHAM, SE13 LEWISHAM

You must take pride in producing quality workmanship, have great attention to detail and be experienced working on Architectural residential projects.

You will need sound experience and knowledge in 1-2 of the following areas:

Foundations and Underpinning Structural Steel Concrete and underground drainage Carpenters 1st fix (Framing, Roof structure, Loft conversion, Pitched roof) Roof tiling- slate, plain tile, concrete tile Flat roof - EPDM, GRP General Building
Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration

Strong rates of pay to reflect skills and experience.

Responsibilities include some of

Execute 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks, including framing, and Structure Utilize hand and power tools for precise joinery and assembly work. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards. Handle heavy lifting and assist in general site work as required, ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-27.00 per hour
