TJ Thomas estates group, an established landlord in the Merseyside area , is looking for a part time builders store and yard man to look after the businesses stores and yards in Wavertree, Kirkby and Kensington

Duties

We require someone who has practical, hands-on approach with good basic building knowledge. Honest and hardworking self motivator who is reliable and takes pride in their work

You will need to be organized and be able to keep a log of stock held in stores , so can recall what's held when the construction or maintenance team call

Some knowledge of building industry would be very useful , to help with arranging of materials and liaison with operatives requesting materials

Must be physically able- the role involves moving and arranging mainly by hand building materials which can be heavy

We would imagine 24 hours a week to be required across the sites, whether this be over 5 short days or 3 full days

We would expect the role to be full time for the first month, getting stores into order with help from our other operatives

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
