Building Ambassador

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Mainly Based - On site Rolls-Royce LDC centre, Derby

Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 06.30 - 18.30



As a Building Ambassador at JLL, you will serve as a primary point of contact between internal and external customers visiting the corporate facilities mainly at Rolls-Royce LDC centre Derby, ensuring exceptional experiences, maintaining positive relationships. You will be responsible for effectively addressing any concerns, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a vibrant building community.



Responsibilities:



Ensure guests receive an excellent welcome, consistently delivering a great service.

Maintaining regular communication and addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.

Build strong relationships with internal or external customers, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Process meeting room requests, for internal & client meetings.

Ensure all meeting, conferencing and event spaces within our control are set to a defined standard including dividing rooms and reconfiguring furniture.

Maintain and actively utilise a portfolio of information to assist with client queries for example, transport, inter site bus & car parking.

Complete departmental checklists ensuring quality of service and standards pertaining to the presentation, maintenance of meeting rooms and public areas.

Assist in any other reasonable duties as required.

Address issues, coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure quick and efficient resolution.

Keep records of complaints, feedback, and service requests, and communicate findings to the management team.

Efficiently report any maintenance, IT or Health and Safety concerns.

Assist new tenants during the onboarding process by providing information about building services, amenities, and local area resources.

Conduct building orientation sessions to familiarize new tenants with building protocols and services.

Provide AVIT support for conferences and events

Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance the tenant experience through events and initiatives.

Provide labour support to ad-hoc out of hours events.

Proactively seek tenant feedback and suggestions for improvement, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Analyse tenant feedback and implement enhancements to continuously improve operational efficiency and tenant experience.



Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Immaculate personal presentation endorsing the signature five star image.

Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.

The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective manner and escalate where appropriate.

Experience in tenant relations, property management, customer service is a plus.

Immaculate personal presentation endorsing the signature five-star image.

Proven experience and understanding of an exceptional Customer Service delivery.

To be able to move heavy / bulky items.

Previous experience with visitor management and booking systems preferable.

Team player.

Be innovative, identifying improvements and smarter ways of working.

A keen interest in AVIT and electrical appliances.

Provide support across various sites in Derby, covering holidays and sickness absences of other Building Ambassadors.
