: Inside IR35We're hiring an experienced
Building & Construction Project Leader
to leadCAPEX projects
from feasibility through design, construction, and final handover. You'll coordinatemulti-functional teams (MFTs)
, work with external consultants/contractors, and ensure full compliance with technical, H&S, and corporate standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle of capital investment projects Manage multi-disciplinary project teams & external partners Prepare business cases, budgets, delivery plans Oversee M&E design briefs and contractor performance Ensure site works meet quality, safety, and spec compliance
Required Experience:
Strong leadership in construction/CAPEX project delivery Client-side or FM project management background Experience in refurbishment/plant upgrade projects M&E design understanding and site-based delivery exposure IT proficiency (MS Project, SharePoint, G Suite)
Qualifications & Desirables:
HNC/ONC in Building Services or similar Chartered or professional membership (e.g. CIBSE, IET, IMechE) preferred Familiar with design & cost estimation tools
Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 27.56-40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
