For almost two decades we have provided acoustic consultancy and building compliance testing services to a nationwide client base of developers, architects and contractors.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in air tightness testing within the construction industry. You'll join a team of skilled professionals who are passionate about quality and innovation, and you'll gain hands-on experience in air testing. There is the potential to expand your skills in sound testing and ventilation testing -- with full training and support provided.

About the Role



As a Building Compliance Field Technician, you'll carry out tests on buildings to ensure they meet Building Regulation and PAS 2035 requirements. You'll work closely with our clients, providing clear feedback and guidance on test results to help their projects move forward smoothly.

This role is offered on a six-month fixed-term contract, primarily focused on air testing in retrofitted properties, with the potential to extend beyond the initial term.

We're Looking for Someone Who:



Has experience in air tightness testing (ideally in retrofit properties) Enjoys solving problems and thinking technically Is customer-focused and builds strong, positive relationships Makes sound decisions and works well under pressure Works collaboratively and contributes to a positive team culture Is eager to learn and develop new technical skills

What You'll Need



ATTMA Level 1 Good level of IT skills including proficiency in Sketch Up A full UK driving licence (no more than 3 points) Experience in the built environment (preferred, but not essential)
