Due to recent success in securing major projects & long-term maintenance contracts in Jersey, we are looking for an experienced Building Fabrics Engineer to join our dynamic Jersey team to provide installation, reactive and planned works for our clients.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Able to demonstrate competence in carpentry, painting, refurbishment and maintenance, snagging etc
Ability to understand technical instructions, read and understand technical drawings/plans & follow health and safety guidelines
Experience within a client facing environment and good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Self motivated and ability to work on own initiative
Strong communication/inter-personnel skills
Full driving licence
