Job Description

We are seeking a candidate to join our mobile engineering team of professionals. Working M4/M3 Corridor and predominantly London City on contracted sites ranging from commercial office spaces, large high end residential properties.

You will be required to have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems and have a broad capability maintaining assets and diagnosing issues with building services.

Work is divided into Planned, Reactive and Quoted works. Your day-to-day role will include but not be limited to :

Building Services Planned Maintenance (HVAC servicing, emergency light testing, tap temperature testing etc) Mechanical & Electrical fault diagnosis & repairs Minor works installations Handyman type works Call outs to reactive jobs Basic Plumbing
Applicants will also be required to operate our call out rota

Overtime associated to callouts is paid at a x l.5 rate.

Package :

Requirements

You will be required to have obtained a minimum of one of the following Industry qualifications :

Electrical or Mechanical qualification Level 3 / HNC / HND 18th Edition if electrically qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Qualification with F-Gas You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Excellent customer skills Full UK driving license
