Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Operate multi-line phone systems to assist tenants and address their needs.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and tracking expenses.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to tenant requests and concerns promptly.
Oversee office management tasks, ensuring efficient workflow within the building.
Coordinate calendar management for meetings and events held in the facility.
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
Implement organizational systems to enhance office efficiency.
Support administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
Foster a welcoming environment by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Experience
Candidates should possess a combination of the following skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems.
Background in customer support or service roles, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Familiarity with personal assistant duties, showcasing effective time management skills.
