The TEC Partnership is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join the Estates Department as a Building & Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of a wide range of capital and maintenance projects across the group's estates portfolio. Responsibilities will include coordinating contractors, managing project documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and procurement procedures. Proficiency in using CAD software is essential, as you will assist with the production and amendment of drawings to support project planning and delivery. This is a varied and rewarding position that plays a key part in creating and maintaining high-quality learning and working environments for both learners and staff.
About the person
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within a construction, estates, or facilities environment. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using CAD software is a key requirement, as you will support the production and revision of technical drawings. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, is also required. Experience with CAFM systems or project management tools would be an advantage, although full training on internal systems will be provided.
