Summary
Building Repair Network Co-Ordinator
Reporting to the National Contractor & Surveyor Manager
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Remote working
Main Responsibilities
Provide Assistance to the National Contractor & Surveyor Manager
Drive improved contractor performance using MI & KPI's
Identify potential new network contractors & surveyors
Assist with the onboarding of new contractors & surveyors including all documentation
Assist the network to provide the best service to customers in the industry.
Liaising with the claims department and accounts department
Escalation of non performance
Contractor WIP reviews
Customer feedback and collection of contractor NPS scores
Liaise with clients & customers
Any adhoc tasks as required by the Head of Customer Services
Skills
Understanding of working with a Building Repair Network
Understanding of Insurance claims process
Well organised and able to prioritise
Driven, determined with good attention to details
Strong influencing skills
Works well as part of a team
